Many large office towers and commercial buildings across London are fitted with a permanent Building Maintenance Unit, designed and certified for that specific building. BMU cradle cleaning is often the sanctioned method specified by building owners and facilities teams, and operatives must be trained on the cradle for each individual building.
We provide IRATA Level 3 certified operatives who are trained specifically on your BMU before any work begins. Every clean is carried out in line with LOLER requirements, with the cradle inspected pre and post use, and clear job sheets and reports submitted after every visit.
